845 POA-PNA 'Tiger' open wagon

Light grey plastic body kit with Peco NR-122 chassis and 10 thou." etched brass ladders and steps.

These wagons were new bodies on old tank wagon chassis. They were used to carry aggregate (recoded PNA from 1990) or scrap. Some had Yeoman or ARC colours, the remainder were plain light grey with TIGER markings. They have also been used to carry coal and rock salt. From 1993 most were rebuilt to spoil carriers, TPM ref:846. Those remaining intact continued to be used for coal and were renumbered 393009-393035 and recoded MKA. Some were subsequently cut down for ballast spoil.
